The Fayetteville Police Department is looking for experienced and inexperienced law enforcement officers.  This job posting was authorized by the Fayetteville Police Department.

Salary $32,500-$55,691 per year,Add. Pay for Education: BS Degree -$2,500/year, AS Degree - $1,250/year, 401k plan etc. Candidates must be US citizens, 20.5 years of age, no felonies and limited misdemeanor convictions, possession of a driver's licenses for at least one year, an acceptable driving record. Certified or notarized copies of your H.S. diploma or G.E.D. and birth certificate, B.L.E.T. certificate and notarized Authorization and Release to Obtain Information must be turned in with application. Selection process will include an initial screening, physical agility test, panel interview and a background investigation. Successful candidates must complete psychological, medical and related examinations prior to getting hired. Veterans must provide proof of military service. Must have no record of conviction by any local, state, federal, or military court of a felony or Class A or Class B misdemeanors as defined by the Training and Standards Commission.
